How does the "Refer a Friend" program work?
Refer a friend — they sign a contract and pay 1 month of rent. After that, we pay you 2,000 Kč.
Can I pause payments in winter?
Instead of a pause, we offer a 50% winter discount in December, January, and February. Your bike stays with you, the rental continues, and the month counts toward your 12.
When does the bike become mine?
After 12 fully paid months with no outstanding debt and all contract conditions fulfilled — you can keep the bike for 0 Kč.
Can I switch to a different bike type after signing?
The bike type is chosen at the start. Switching afterward is only possible after approval from the manager.
Can I pay weekly?
Yes. Weekly or monthly — your choice. Monthly = 4 weeks.
Can I end the rental early?
Yes, with no penalties at any time.
What should I do in an accident?
- Fill out an accident report or call the police.
- Contact us and send photos or videos of the damage.
- We'll support you through the insurance claim from start to finish.
Is a replacement bike provided during repairs?
Yes, a replacement is provided during servicing.
Is there a mileage limit?
Yes — 5,000 km per month during the rental period.
Can I travel outside the Czech Republic?
No, taking the bike outside the country is not allowed until the full 12-month rental is completed.
